Yes, they absolutely are background checked! Ruben Cleaning System employees actually go through a multi-layered vetting and training process that's designed to attract and build top cleaning talent in your area.

We do not hire employees with a previous criminal record.

What time of day are services available?

Our cleaning services are available 24/7 to accommodate your facility’s needs. From day porters to overnight shifts, we offer flexible scheduling options. Most of our clients prefer cleaning to take place after business hours (typically between 5 PM and 11 PM) to avoid disrupting their operations.

We’re happy to work with you to ensure our services align with your facility’s specific schedule and needs.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to get the job done right! Our team is fully equipped with commercial-grade tools, including floor machines, vacuums, microfiber cloths, cleaning carts, etc. We will also provide small equipment such as spray bottles, dusters, brushes, etc.

However, if your facility already has equipment or products on-site that you'd prefer us to use, we’re more than happy to accommodate. Just let us know what works best for your space, and we’ll tailor our services accordingly!

How quickly can services start after receiving a quote?

Depending on the size of your facility and the services required, we can often begin cleaning in less than 30 days. Simply request a quote, and we’ll provide a customized timeline for your specific needs.

If you’re replacing your current cleaning provider, it’s standard to give a 30-day notice to both your existing company and the new one. This ensures a smooth transition for everyone involved

Do you provide supplies i.e paper, hand soap, etc.?

Most of our clients prefer to have us refill dispensers using their stock from the supply room. We can also connect with your janitorial supplier to coordinate ordering when stock gets low.

If you do not have a janitorial supplier we will be glad to get you connected!

Do you serve small offices with recurring cleaning as well?

Yes! As long as we’re scheduled to clean at least once a week, we’re happy to provide service.

Do commercial cleaning companies require a long-term contract?

Reputable commercial cleaning companies often require 12-60 month contracts for stability and planning purposes.

Most organizations prefer cleaning business contracts because they clearly define client expectations, detailed cleaning duties, and payment schedules.

By default, we use a non-binding Service Agreement that defines the terms for your facility. We believe that your service and customer experience is our bond.
